Question 1:
Do I own the website, or do you (RLR Services)?

Answer:
In the Design and Development stage of the website construction and upto the final payment for the completion of the web design service offered by RLR Services/Lee Richards, we own the copyright and ownership of the website. But once the website final completion payment is made, then you have full ownership of the website and you also own the copyright as well.

Question 2:
I have a set hosting size with the website package I purchased, can I increase or decrease the hosting size at any time?

Answer:
You purchased one of my set web design packages and were allocated with a certain amount of Hosting for your website as part of the package. But this does not mean that you have to stay with that size of hosting. At any stage you can have more internet space or less should you wish too. Additional charges would become present should you increase the size. No refunds should you set your hosting to a smaller size.

Question 4:
What do I have to do to transfer my domain name to another provider?

Answer:
I would require written confirmation that you wish to dispense with services, via email or draft. Then I would require the IPS Tag of the new hosting provider. Please note that their is a £50.00 transfer fee per domain from the servers we use. The domain will not be transferred until the £50.00 and any other outstanding sum owed to RLR Services/Lee Richards is paid in full.
