Initial Contact:
The Initial contact - this can be either via the phone, email, Skype, Video conference or in person. Which ever is easiest for you. For the Initial Contact to be made, this means you are interested in my services and want to progress further. So in the Initial contact we would cover a brief of your requirements, the costs involved, scheduling and time management and setting up guidelines for your website project plan.

Purchase:
Your happy to proceed and have a website designed by Lee Richards. Good choice. All that we have to do now, is get you a Domain name for your website. Not a problem, I have good experience in getting High profile domains for my clients. Then I need to setup the Internet hosting for your website.

You'll then need to supply me with some content - only a small amount of information at this stage is required. This will be used for your design proposal.

I'll also need to collect a payment deposit to start your website project. This can be paid by cheque, Paypal, cash, which ever way is easier for you.

Design:
I have now secured you a domain name which you are happy with and the Domain name as now been allocated some internet space and all the required services are setup and now running for your website. All thats missing is the website.

So now I will go away, taking all the information I have and all the content I have been supplied with and I will begin the Design proposal process. This includes doing some research to make sure that I get the right look and feel for your website presence.

Once completed I will send you the Visual of how one of your website webpages would look, You would then need to approve and sign off the Design proposal for me to be able to move onto the next stage of the Project. (While I'm doing the Design proposal its best to start putting together all the content, photo's charts, etc of which you intend to have on the website, as once you approve the design proposal, the construction will begin)

Development:
Once you've approved the Design Proposal its time for the development work. I will firstly create a website map, then I will plan out all the individual pages. Then I will start the coding and programming process.

At this stage I would require all the content, photos, charts, documents, etc which you intend to use on the website as soon as possible.

Once I've received all the content, then I will start to add the information to the website template I have coded and designed for you.

Beta testing:
At this stage your website will be ready. Not long before you have a fully working website live on the internet.

All that we have to do now is test the website to make sure that the navigation works as it should, everything is displaying as expected and that all the content is correct.

Once your happy with the website Beta testing and you feel the website is okay to launch, then we move onto the final stage of the project.

Going Live:
I now check all the Hosting systems and domain/s are all working as they should, the final completion payment for the website is made and the website goes live.

I bet your guessing that this is the end of the project. Well it is, but the service I offer to you carries on. And should you require any updates, changes, modifications or assistance on your website, I'm more than happy to help.
